    When it opens make sure to hire American citizens and pay them a living wage. The Midwest slaughterhouses are infamous for lowering wages to the point only illegal immigrants would work there.

    I really believe we are sitting on an incredible opportunity – the public demand for LOCAL, grass-fed beef is huge, not to mention ORGANIC beef. Just ask WHOLE FOODS, NUGGET, SAC FOOD COOP, and on and on. Organic Beef is easily $20.00 and more per lb. The times is here! Don’t let it pass us by!
