On June 21 and 22, Mountain Sage in Groveland will host the annual Sierra EcoSummit.

This Family Friendly Event kicks off on Saturday June 21st with 30 FREE seminars focused on science, land practices, community building, farming, local foods, health and entertainment.

This year’s Summit will have a strong focus on water and drought and will feature UC Berkeley’s Lynn Ingram, author of The West without Water, as the key note speaker. In addition to the seminars, there will be food, artists and yoga. Stick around after the Saturday seminars and dance to some blue grass and country music with Willie Tea and the Good Luck Fellas

Sunday June 22nd will feature hands on workshops for greywater system installation, composting toilets, rainwater collection and more.
