The Amador County Combined Narcotics Enforcement Team has arrested three Jackson residents after citizen complaints led them to two houses where drug sales were suspected to be occurring.

According to a spokesperson from the Amador County Sheriff’s Office, ACCNET investigators along with personnel from the ACSO and Jackson Police served a narcotic-related search warrant June 17 at 115 New York Ranch Road in Jackson. The search warrant was the result of numerous citizen complaints about suspicious activity occurring at the residence, multiple arrests for narcotic-related offenses of subjects seen leaving that location and surveillance conducted by ACCNET personnel.

The search yielded 7.1 grams of methamphetamine, .5 grams of heroin, 2.7 pounds of marijuana as well as a sophisticated, clandestine, butane honey oil extraction lab, digital scales and various forms of packaging material for BHO, heroin and methamphetamine.

The residents, identified as Michelle Renee Floyd, 30, and Justin Henry Leigh, 34, were arrested and booked for possession of controlled substance for sale and for operating a clandestine drug lab.

While at the scene, Gary Duane Standridge, 36, also of Jackson was also found in possession of digital scales, a methamphetamine smoking pipe and other evidence linking him to the sales of heroin and methamphetamine.

Standridge was detained pending the drafting and issuance of a search warrant for his residence located at 111 Gold Pan Court in Jackson. During the search of Standridge’s residence, 10.7 grams of methamphetamine, 10.9 grams of heroin, digital scales, packaging material, “MSM,” which is used as a cutting agent by subjects involved in the sales of methamphetamine, several boxes of Black Talon brand pistol ammunition, a short-barreled, 12-gauge shotgun,and evidence of the on-going sales of controlled substances within Amador County was located.

Standridge was arrested for possession of methamphetamine and heroin for sale and possession of a firearm and ammunition by a convicted felon.
