May 19
Nugget Way
8:44 a.m., citizen assist. Occurred on Nugget Way. Reporting party heard her gate and back door open. She states early this morning her door was ajar. Reporting party would like subject to be aware of situation.
Jackson
11:02 a.m., suspicious circumstances. Occurred at Jon's Pit Stop on State Highway 49. White female adult pumping gas appears to have been drinking. Vehicle Ford Taurus blue/purple. Description blond hair medium length 125 pounds.
Cook Ranch Road
11:37 a.m., citizen assist. Occurred on Cook Ranch Road. Subject's claiming to be with San Francisco Sheriff's Office called reporting party and stated that has one of her checks and were attempting to obtain personal information. Reporting party called San Francisco Sheriff's Office who stated detectives didn't work there. Reporting party called "detectives" back and stated she had them recorded because she knew they were fake and they quickly disconnected.
Sugar Pine Drive
3:54 p.m., suspicious circumstances. Occurred on Sugar Pine Drive. Reporting party's wife just received a call from their cabin that no one is supposed to be at. Cabin was locked up last time reporting party was there. Reporting party wants contact of findings.
Highway 88
5:57 p.m., theft of property. Occurred at Payless Market on Highway 88. Reporting party believes he saw a Hispanic male adult shoplift items from his store, left in a white Lincoln Continental approximately 5 minutes ago West bound Highway 88. Reporting party never saw him pay for anything, possibly has the subject on video camera.
9:42 p.m., be on the lookout. Occurred at East bound Highway 88/to Bear River. Subject has been drinking all day, white Dodge truck with camper shell pulling flatbed trailer with dirt bikes on back heading to Galt. Subject has four juveniles in vehicle.
Highway 49
8:55 p.m., suspicious circumstances. Occurred at Martell Station on Highway 49. Subject is in reporting party's apartment without permission. Reporting party has no idea how he got in there, he has no key. Subject text reporting party stating he is in there and was going to call the pound on the dog at the residence. Reporting party states subject has been harassing her all day via text.
Inspiration Drive East
10:46 p.m., disturbing the peace. Occurred at Amador Station on Inspiration Drive East. Male subject threatening manager that he was going to shoot him. Nevada plate starting with 100. 6 feet tall, 160 pounds, bald, long sleeve shirt, shorts. Dodge Sedan late 90's.
May 20
Highway 26
7:25 a.m., suspicious person. Occurred at Highway 49/Deer Lane. White male adult 40 years old, red bandana, white shirt, shorts, boots. Sitting in bushes near the school bus stop. Bus driver was concerned.
Meadow Drive
11:18 a.m., suspicious person and vehicle. Occurred on Meadow Drive. Burgundy small two door compact same size as a Honda Accord. Reporting party is unaware of car type. Male subject no description of male, vehicle parked there off and on for three to four days.
Mella Drive
2:00 p.m., suspicious person and vehicle. Occurred on Mella Drive. Three doors down going West from reporting party. Tree trimming truck in the driveway and male subject came from property. Truck #20. Driver was 50 year old Hispanic male adult, passenger 20 year old Hispanic male adult. Vehicle description Trees Inc. white with a boom and chipper.
Allan Court
2:30 p.m., any civil problem. Occurred on Allan Court. Reporting party has a current civil suit against a contractor. Subject has gone on property and has put locks on steel building he put on property. Dispute between two based on money owed for building reporting party has been directed by lawyer to document the locks.
Martell
3:36 p.m., animal call. Occurred at Walmart on Wicklow Way. Dog in a blue Toyota windows rolled up, dog appears to be in distress. Walmart has pages two times with no response.
Starview Lane
5:57 p.m., suspicious circumstances. Occurred on Starview Lane. Reporting party's daughter has been chatting with people on Xbox Live and one boy from Washington told her he was going to come kill her. And a girl from Amador High reportedly stated she was going to beat subject up.
Highway 49
9:50 p.m., animal call. Occurred on Highway 49. Injured dog on reporting party's front porch. Dog is blocking reporting party's doorway and she can't get into her house. Dog has a collar. Appears to be injured from car accident.
May 21
Willow Creek Road
11:48 a.m., suspicious circumstances. Occurred on Willow Creek Road. Reporting party found papers, receipts, and a check ledger in her mailbox this morning. Unknown who they belong to, reporting party wants to turn them over to a deputy.
Shott Road
12:14 p.m., annoying phone calls. Occurred on Shott Road. Reporting party received several calls from male subject stating "serious legal problems". Occurred last night and again this morning.
Plymouth
1:21 p.m., suspicious circumstances. Occurred at Plymouth Cemetery /top Church Street. Third party information. Elderly female stated occupant of vehicle, unknown description shoved little girl from vehicle and little girl now up by Catholic Church crying.
Emigrant Trail
2:31 p.m., grand theft. Occurred on Emigrant Trail. Ex-tenants took numerous items from the rental property and a lot of damage done to the home.
Highway 88
8:00 p.m., disturbing the peace. Occurred on Highway 88. Reporting party is helping a friend gather her personal belongings and her boyfriend showed up at location, there was a verbal between subjects and boyfriend hit reporting party for sleeping with subject. Subject and boyfriend left together in a blue Jeep West bound Highway 88 towards Pioneer. Reporting party does not need medical.
May 22-24
Nugget Way
12:10 p.m., trespassing with vehicle. Occurred at Nugget Way/Miller. Two dirt bikes on vacant land directly behind reporting party's property. Reporting party concerned about possible fire hazard and noise disturbance. One subject black helmet, other red helmet. On going problem.
Redhill Mine Road
11:35 p.m., indiscriminate shooting. Occurred on Redhill Mine Road/Lupe Road. Reporting party heard a shot unknown type gun and approximately ten minutes later a loud scream. Reporting party doesn't want contact.
Buckhorn Lane
3:41 p.m., annoying phone calls. Occurred on Buckhorn Lane. Subject from Redding responded to Craig's List advertisement to purchase jet ski from reporting party and continues to call. Subject is angry he can't buy jet ski and via telephone threatening to take reporting party to court.
Pioneer Street
9:24 p.m., suspicious circumstances. Occurred on Pioneer Street. Reporting party states neighbors door has been open all day and no cars in the driveway. Reporting party doesn't want contact just concerned.
Middle Bar Road
12:57 a.m., suspicious vehicle. Occurred on Middle Bar Road. Several cars have been driving up and down the road. A diesel truck has stopped and he hears a subject possibly calling turkeys. There has been a lot of activity since the Palmer case has been reopened per the reporting party.
Lubenko Ridge Road.
9:58 a.m., suspicious circumstances. Occurred on Lubenko Road. Reporting party accessing her email at daughter's residence. Reporting party states stepson who resides in Cathedral City, California, sending her and daughter emails which include slander and threats.
Lake Amador
6:09 p.m., suspicious person. Occurred at Lake Amador on Lake Amador Drive. White male adult is sitting in bushes, completely hidden, no shirt, covered in tattoos, pulled the hand gun out of back of pants, and is sitting there clicking it, behaving very oddly. Subject did come in with a very large group of people however, has separated himself.
Old Mine Lane
9:39 p.m., suspicious circumstances. Occurred at Starbucks on Old Mill Lane. Male subject 6 foot, brown short hair, glasses, older shorts, brown sandals, was questioning reporting party what time she left, if she left alone and she is in fear would like deputy.
May 25
Ponderosa Drive
12:15 p.m., missing person report. Occurred at Wyoming on Ponderosa Drive. Reporting party's mother, 120 pounds, brown short hair, left from Wyoming enroute to Ione, Plymouth, or Anderson, California. Last known with money was in Buffalo, Wyoming. Has not been heard from since Saturday.
Martell
3:48 p.m., suspicious person. Occurred at Walmart on Wicklow Way. White male adult pan handling at Walmart entrance. Subject was rude and harassed reporting party's wife. Subject has a small dog and cardboard sign. Reporting party did not want contact or provide number.
Fiddletown Road
7:43 p.m., stolen vehicle. Occurred on Fiddletown Road. Vehicles stolen and other items. Dirt road/2 gates. One gate is open, one Keep Willy's and one Jeep Willy's pickup. Three 4x4 vehicles all together stolen. Suspect: sister. Possible civil issue. Vehicles are not registered, ranch used only.
May 26
Salt Springs
7:32 a.m., missing person report. Occurred at Salt Springs/Bear River area. Never returned Monday. Last seen wearing black coat, black tee, jeans, white tennis shoes with friends. Left May 23 in a 2000 white Jeep Wrangler lifted with twelve inch tires and an 80's white Toyota pickup to camp in this area.
Highway 88
10:48 a.m., suspicious circumstances. Occurred at Save Mart on Highway 88. Subject was approached by a parent at the store two days ago. Parent put finger in the face of the teacher and said you are going to pay for what you did to my son. Son was cut from basketball team earlier this year.
Camanche Road
5:20 p.m., annoying phone calls. Occurred on Camanche Road. Reporting party's ex-girlfriend has been calling his home phone and sending numerous text messages, harassing the reporting party.
Park Circle
5:41 p.m., disturbing the peace. Occurred on Park Circle. Subject has been continually hitting his little brothers. Incident occurred earlier today before reporting party got home from work.
May 27
11:09 a.m., suspicious circumstances. Reporting party is in Sacramento. Reporting party states her garage door has been broken yesterday and that this is a reoccurring event. She is scared to be home and has gone to her sister's residence in Sacramento.
Highway 88
7:10 p.m., suspicious person and vehicle. Occurred at Your Cigarette Source on Highway 88. Male subject hanging around in the parking lot for approximately a week. Subject in a light green Toyota Tercel with primer patches. Parked now by Save Mart approximately 50 yards from Perkos.
Village Drive
7:54 p.m., threaten crime: intent: terrorize. Occurred on Village Drive. Reporting party's 18 year old daughter threatened to shoot her. Occurred four hours ago. Daughter is now at night school.
May 28
Meadow Vista
6:34 p.m., disturbing the peace. Occurred at Meadow Vista/Tiger Creek. Two males fighting. Physical. One with no shirt and green pants. No medical. Unknown suspect possibly armed with knife.
May 29-31
North Plymouth
10:18 a.m., suspicious circumstances. Occurred at North Plymouth/Highway 49. Possibly 1-2 miles North of Highways 49/16. Heard and saw small single engine plane circling. Appeared place cut low behind hill then reporting party didn't see plane again. Negative description. Plane appeared to be in control. Negative crash sounds/negative flames/negative smoke.
Louise Lane
11:29 a.m., suspicious circumstances. Occurred on Louise Lane. Fraud credit card charges on lost/stolen credit cards. Charges appearing on account from Save Mart and Save Mart manager advises male subject on video using card to purchase Visa gift cards. Reporting party in process of canceling cards/accounts.
Stephanie Way
3:48 p.m., illegal dumping. Occurred on Stephanie Way. Large pile of pine needles and pine cones are being dumped on neighbors property, reporting party feels it is a fire hazard and wants to document the incident.
10:29 p.m., suspicious person. Occurred on Highway 16/Highway 49. Three subjects appear to be stripping a vehicle on the side of the road. Vehicle is either a Bronco or SUV type. All doors and hood open. Subjects tried to hide when vehicle drove by.
Camanche Parkway North
9:05 a.m., annoying phone calls. Occurred on Camanche Parkway North. Reporting party's daughter is being called racial names and harassed through texts by children from school.
Highway 88
11:02 a.m., disturbing the peace. Occurred at Save Mart on Highway 88. Continuing issue. Male subject inappropriate hand gestures at customers and cameras. Was verbal with assistant manager. Vehicle associated red sedan. Subject last seen wearing red shirt/jeans.
Mesa Drive
2:56 p.m., suspicious vehicle.
Occurred on Mesa Drive. Reporting party states a woman in a white Jeep Cherokee has driven past her house several times. Reporting party's sister was involved in an accident last week involving the woman's daughter. The mother made threats towards reporting party's sister at the accident.
Climax Road
6:44 p.m., suspicious vehicle. Occurred across from Climax Road. Reporting party states her mother called and advised her about a pickup truck, occupied by two men, that has been parked across from her residence for the past two hours, and that it's starting to scare her. Reporting party is requesting a check on the area.
Gold Strike Road
5:28 p.m., suspicious circumstances. Occurred on Gold Strike Road. Reporting party states his wife lost her cell phone. A male subject found it and now has been calling, texting, and coming by the reporting party's residence harassing them.
Ridge Road
10:42 p.m., brandishing weapon. Occurred at Ridge Road/Climax. Reporting party states a white male adult in a dark blue Ford pickup with four wheeler in back brandished a handgun at reporting party when reporting party was driving East on Ridge at Climax Road. Suspect is a white male, white Tshirt and shorts. Suspects vehicle continued East bound Climax Road.
June 1
Inspiration Drive East
9:23 a.m., threaten crime: intent: terrorize. Occurred at Amador Pines Gas Station on Inspiration Drive. Ex tenant drove up to reporting party's neighbor while pumping gas and threatened to burn down reporting party's home.
Quartz Road
5:30 p.m., disturbing the peace. Occurred on Quartz Road. Step son's girlfriend came into reporting party's house and threw a garbage can at the reporting party and called him various names. Subject took off in a silver Toyota South on Highway 88.
