New and returning college students are invited to register now for Summer and Fall college classes. The Amador Learning Center staff can help you enroll and register for online and interactive television classes at Coastline Community College, Alan Hancock College, Foothill College and Folsom Lake College. Prior to registering for classes, new students must submit an application, take an assessment test, attend orientation and meet with a counselor.

The Amador Learning Center facilitates access to more than 100 online degree and certificate programs to choose from, including options for the new associate degrees for transfer to California State University and University of California campuses.

A sample of career fields offered includes: accounting, business administration, computer business information systems, fire technology, human services, health and fitness, CISCO academies, computer graphics and design and more. For a complete list, visit amadorcommunitycollege.org, or call 223-6393.

The Amador Learning Center provides mentoring through admission, assessment, orientation, counseling, and registration; assistance with financial aid applications; tutoring in reading, writing, and math skills; and access to laptops, tablets and broadband connectivity.

California residents pay only $46 per unit, and financial aid is available through FAFSA for qualified applicants.
