Sophia’s Well of Wisdom

Rev. Patsy Walker Fine continues the Wisdom Circle discussion on Sunday, with Oneness Thought in Eastern Wisdom. Sunday Group Meditation meets at 10 a.m. and 5 p.m.; Wisdom Circle meets at 11 a.m. Transformation Meditation, a five-week class, is Wednesday, at 10 a.m. The spiritual center is located at 270A Hanford Street, in Sutter Creek. Generation Life Church Assembly of God

You are invited to worship with us as we celebrate Christ at Generation Life Church this Sunday, at 10:30 a.m. Services start with music for all generations, followed by Pastor Steve Rhoades, bringing a life-changing message based on the Word of God. Children worship in the “Kids Zone,” with Christ-based activities. Generation Life Church is located at 125 Academy Drive, in Sutter Creek. 


Ione Community United Methodist Church

Join us this Sunday for worship service at 9 a.m., to be followed by breakfast in the Social Hall. Discussion continues Monday night with the third session of The Prodigal God series, at 6 p.m., in the Social Hall. Sutter Creek United Methodist Church

Road Trip is the sermon topic on Sunday, July 13, at 11 a.m., with Scripture from Acts 15:5-12. Jackson United Methodist Church

Sunday, July13, we worship at Sutter Creek United Methodist Church, at 11 a.m. Coffee and fellowship follow. The Jackson church is at 120 Church Street. Trinity Episcopal Church

Summer is a great time to get into training for a Fall sport or event. Trinity is beginning training for the Compassion Games, coming this September. These games are designed to open our hearts to acts of compassion. Join us in our training and do a random act of kindness this week. River Pines Bible Church

This Friday night, at 6 p.m., is Navajo Taco Nite at the church, presented by our missionary, Kenneth “Bud” Dean, with his wife, Cindy, his family and Navajo friends. All are welcome. Sutter Creek Church of the Nazarene offers Sunday services at 8:30 and 11 a.m., exploring how Jesus Changes Everything. Silver Lake Chapel
