The Argonaut Junior Mustang cheerleaders kicked off their season with a bang, taking first place in Ione's Homecoming Parade on Mother's Day. Now is the time of year for the cheerleaders to raise money, which they have done to some extent with a car wash and grants from the Amador Community Foundation and Jackson Rancheria Casino Employee Community Fund.
