Publisher - Louis Amestoy
Louis Amestoy has spent over 20 years in the news industry with deep community-journalism roots. A career journalist, Louis has served in newsroom leadership roles at Bakersfield, Riverside and San Bernardino. In Riverside and Bakersfield, Louis developed award-winning live video programming around high school sports, politics and a morning radio show that was simulcast from The Bakersfield Californian’s newsroom. Having a real love of California history and a strong desire to build something special, Louis moved to Jackson, CA with wife to lead the historic newspaper Amador Ledger Dispatch. Reporter - Eric Winslow
Eric Winslow is a former educator and high school teacher. He graduated from Amador High School in 1985 and, after a far-flung odyssey lasting a quarter century away from home, like Ulysses who was somewhat scarred, but no less beaten down, he came full circle, settling down in Pine Grove where he now lives with his wife and teenage son. His passions are classical literature, foreign languages, ancient philosophy, and comparative religious history.

Mica Mendiola moved to Amador County from San Jose six years ago and has been enjoying the company of kind people and clean air ever since.
